We created and managed a comprehensive wedding timeline, coordinated all vendors, handled contract communication, load-in and load-out logistics, and led on-site production throughout the entire day. Our scope also included guest flow planning, rehearsal coordination, ceremony management, and reception execution to ensure every transition felt seamless.
